Product Condition
The condition of the product. There are three types of product conditions, New Phased Out, Ex-Demo and Refurbished.

NOTE: Regardless of the type of product condition, products sold in WholesaleComputers may have minor cosmetic blemishes. These minor cosmetic blemishes do not affect the functionality of the system.

New Phased Out
New and previously unused products which have been superseded by newer models. These products come in their original packaging, containing all original equipment/accessories. Standard  warranty excludes PixelPerfect Guarantee and 2 hour Express Warranty.

Ex-Demo
Products which have never been previously sold and which have seen very little - if any - use. These products may have been used for display, evaluation or demonstration purposes. Standard  warranty excludes PixelPerfect Guarantee and 2 hour Express Warranty.

Refurbished
Products which may have been previously used, however all systems have gone through a rigorous testing and refurbishment process to ensure that they perform to original specifications. Refurbished products may show signs of wear and these products are purchased subject to those signs of wear. Standard  warranty excludes PixelPerfect Guarantee and 2 hour Express Warranty.

Software
All systems come with a pre-loaded operating system. No other additional software is provided unless specifically mentioned.

Refund Policy
If the product has been delivered to you and you have opened the original product packaging then you have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions. Returns for refunds will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returned goods must be in their original condition and include all original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.

Where the product is not returned within 7 days, WholesaleComputers reserves the right not to accept return of the product, except where the product is under manufacturer's warranty and you can evidence that the product is faulty or has been damaged through no fault of your

Refund Policy Cont.
Subject to your rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Commonwealth) and other applicable State legislation, WholesaleComputers is entitled to refund or replace the product as WholesaleComputers believes appropriate in the circumstances.

Standard  Warranty
Warranty applies to base unit and internal components. All products listed as Refurbished WholesaleComputers come with a 1 year return to base warranty. The warranty for New Phased Out and Ex Demo products are:
